Center Parcs has started the construction of three new waterside lodges at their Elveden resort. The new lodges will overlook the lake through a private rustic balcony equipped with a luxury hot tub. Each apartment will have three ensuite bedrooms: two doubles with access to a private balcony overlooking the water and a single bedroom facing inland towards the forest.
Center Parcs’ CEO, Martin Dalby, said: “We are very excited about this new style of accommodation which will be right in the heart of Elveden Forest. Bering surrounded by trees, next to a lake is the perfect spot to access the best of Center Parcs. I believe the combination of the forest environment, coupled with the lake view will help families switch off from the busy pace of everyday life, to connect with each other, nature and the wildlife around them.”
The construction of these lodges forms part of a larger expansion project set to bring 51 of these waterfront apartments to the resort by next summer. Nine additional executive lodges will also be built further inland between the lake and the village square.
This expansion forms part of Center Parcs’ £90 million investment into all of their UK villages - which commemorates their 30 year anniversary in the UK
